We’re sad to announce that we’re closing our Auckland venues with immediate effect as we follow Government Alert Level 3 restrictions.

As the situation unfolds, we will update you as to when we can reopen.

If you have a birthday party booked at one of our Auckland venues for this weekend 15-16 August, one of our Fun Squad team members will be in contact to discuss your options. Please do not phone our venues as our team will be following Government advice and staying safe at home.

For Timezone's outside of Auckland, we are open under Alert Level 2. We will ensure all government requirements are met and continue to operate under our mantra of Minimal Touch, Maximum Clean, Keep the Distance! You can read more about what we're doing to keep out guests and team safe here

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my local venue open?

At the moment all our Auckland venues are closed until Saturday 15 August in response to the Level 3 requirements, we will continue to monitor advice and only open when it's safe to do so.

Our other venues around the country will continue to stay open but will exercise increased health & safety measures in line with Alert Level 2 restrictions.

I have a party booked for affected dates, what does this mean?

If you have a booking at one of our Auckland venues, we will be in contact with you to make alternative arrangements. At this stage, we are still hosting parties as per usual at the rest of our Timezone venues around the country.

Can I still make a party booking?

Absolutely! Our venues are still available to take bookings. You can also book a party online here

When will you be open again?

We will be closely monitoring the situation and will be re-implementing safety and distancing measures in each of our venues. Venues will be open at Alert Levels 1 and 2 but will be closed at Levels 3 and 4.

What social distancing measures are you putting in place?

We have a number of initiatives in place including additional signage to remind people to distance themselves from others at our venues. If needed we will also have certain games closed off to reduce proximity to others and hand sanitiser stations available to use. We will also be displaying a Covid-19 tracing code at the entrances which we encourage everyone to use and will be limiting the number of people in our venues where necessary. You can read more about our safety precautions here

Am I required to wear a mask at your venue?

Our advice is in line with the Governments regarding precautionary measures. Therefore, while not essential, we do recommend that you wear a mask when visiting one of our venues.
