A BETTER PORTAL
The new member portal gives you access to rewards, special offers and promotions. You’ll still be able to track your balances like before with all your member benefits in one place.
You’ll also be able to use your new login on the Timezone Fun App.

All members are required to create a new account to access the portal. Your Powercards will move across automatically when using the same email or mobile number from when you first registered (either in-venue or on the old portal). You can use your new login on the Timezone Fun App. For more information about the Timezone Fun App, click here.

Frequently Asked Questions

In order to access all the exciting new benefits, you must create a NEW Timezone Fun Account. When creating your account, use the same details you registered your Powercard with for your Powercards to automatically appear in your account. 

The old member portal has been discontinued from Monday 8 October 2021. 

There are a few reasons why your Powercards might not appear in your account. 

  1. The email or phone number you have logged in with is not the same email or phone number that the Powercard was previously registered with. 
    A. Either create a Timezone Fun Account with the same registered details as you've previously provided us or call us on 0800 467043 to speak to us about changing your registered details.
  2. You have not registered your Powercard.
    A. Use the "+ Add a Powercard" feature to add a Powercard to your Fun account. 
  3. The Powercard is no longer active. This means you have not used the Powercard for some time now or the Powercard has been suspended or disabled.
    A. Head into a venue with your Powercard for our Funsquad to check its active status or call us on 0800 467043.

Call us on 0800 467043 to speak to us about changing your registered details. We'll need you to provide evidence that the Powercard does belong to you. This could include photo identification, access to your old email account or confirming your registered details with us.

When you have logged in to the member portal, click on the "My Profile" tab and edit your details. 

You can change your title, First name, Last name, Email, Mobile, Postcode and Country. 

We're making upgrades to our existing member portal. This is to ensure that we can provide you with new features such as the ability to reload online and send you vouchers for discounts and rewards. 

When you have logged in to the member portal, click on the "My Profile" tab and then select "Manage my Preferences. 

You can set communication preferences for Timezone Rewards, Promotions, News and Updates, Games Quizzes and Tips or unsubscribe to all communications. You can even set how you prefer us to communicate with you. 

If you unsubscribe to communications, you may miss out on exclusive offers, rewards and discounts.
