Q: How much do I need to spend to reach the next tier?

A: To reach the next tier, you would need to hit the following cumulative spend (bonus credits not included):

• $1,000 Cumulative Spend (for upgrading from Blue Elite to Gold)
• $5,000 Cumulative Spend (for upgrading from Gold to Platinum)

Q: I have more than 1 Powercard with different membership tiers. Can I get the exclusive rewards from all of the Powercards if they’ve reached the next tier?

A: Yes! As long as you’re registered with a valid Timezone account, you’ll receive rewards for each upgraded card within the promotion period. For example, if you have a Blue Elite upgraded to a Gold Card and a secondary Gold Card upgraded to Platinum, you’ll get both a (1) Charming Mug and a (1) Delicate Dessert Set.

Q: When will I receive the exclusive reward?

A: Eligible Timezone Fun App members will receive an e-Voucher delivered via Timezone Fun App from 12 October onwards, with instructions on how to redeem the exclusive reward. 

• This promotion is valid from 23 September 2024 to 6 October 2024 at all Timezone venues and Timezone Fun App.
• To qualify for the bonus Membership rewards, you must be a Timezone registered member.
• First 500 eligible guests who have upgraded from Blue Elite to Gold Tier will be entitled to receive one (1) Charming Mug.
• First 300 eligible guests who have upgraded from Gold Tier to Platinum will be entitled to receive one (1) Delicate Dessert (Bowl + Spoon) Set.
• All exclusive premiums are non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
• Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the promotion.
