PLAYERS: Single or Multiplayer
HOW TO WIN: Score as many hoops as possible before your time is up.

Getting Started
Tap your Timezone Powercard on the card reader
Choose your game mode, by pressing multi-player or ‘START’ to play single player.
How to play Multi Player:
To play with one or more players:
- Tap your Powercard on the card reader
- Push the small MULTI PLAYER button
- The MULTI PLAYER buttons will start blinking on all machines that are not currently playing and the screen on the machines will show “Press MULTI to Compete”
- Anyone that wants to join in will need to tap their Powercard and push the MULTI PLAYER button on their machine
How to play Single player
- Tap your Powercard on the card reader
- Push the large START button
READY, SET, SHOOT!
The countdown will start, once it reaches zero, the gate will open and the balls will be released!
It’s time to start shooting hoops:
- Grab a Basketball: Take a basketball from the dispenser.
- Position Yourself: Aim at the hoop, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart for balance.
- Shoot the Ball: Use your shooting technique to throw the basketball into the hoop. Focus on your aim and follow through for better accuracy. The game tracks your score based on the number of successful shots.
- Keep Shooting: Continue shooting until the time runs out. Try to score as many points as possible and aim for bonus shots if available!
Pro Tips:
- Work on your aim and timing to nail those shots.
Make sure you seamlessly pick up the ball before each shot to maximise your time.
Perfect your shot. Aim for the centre of the hoop and release the ball at just the right moment.
It takes time for the ball to roll back. Maximise your points by getting the ball through the hoop each time. It’s all about precision and speed.

How long is the game?
Each tap on the card reader gives you 3 rounds. Each round lasts 45 seconds.
How to get the highest score?
Get as many balls through the hoop as possible.
- Rounds 1 & 2, earn two points per hoop
- Round 3 earn three points per hoop
How do I win?
When playing by yourself your aim is to get the highest score you can.
When playing against others the player with highest points win. Both of you can earn tickets based on the score you individually achieve.
If you beat the highscore shown on your machine you win bonus tickets.
When does the game end?
A countdown timer is shown behind the hoop which will count down to the end of each 45 second round.
At end of each round the whistle will sound and the gate will close meaning you won’t get any more balls and if you shoot a hoop with remaining balls after the gate is closed you will earn no points.
