Your safety is our number 1 priority, that's why we've paused the fun in venues. This includes your Powercard game play credit and Powerticket balances!
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME?
Normally your Powercard balances expire 12 months from the last use but we're protecting your balances by pausing any expiry dates.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POWERCARD BALANCE?
Login to your account with our check balance portal. You can access the portal by clicking on the LOGIN link on our top navigation bar.
WHAT ABOUT MY REWARDS?
Any Reward Points will also be paused. Birthday Reward emails will be held until we reopen.
WHEN WILL YOU REOPEN?
We are closely monitoring the Government's laws and legislation regarding COVID-19 and once safe to do so, we will open.
