Sydney, NSW: Chippendale is known for its vibrant student population – so it’s only fitting that Timezone, Australia’s most beloved and history-rich games arcade, will be opening its doors in the area soon! Set to open in the second quarter of 2018, the brand-new Timezone will be based in the Central Park Shopping Centre in Chippendale. “We are excited to bring the Timezone experience to Sydney’s centre and inner west communities,” says Kane Fong, Timezone Australia GM. “Timezone is a treasured part of Australian history – most of us have a special Timezone story to tell! Timezone has evolved in vibrant ways, and it is now time for a new generation to start making their own Timezone memories." Timezone Central Park will be modern, bright and airy, and feature the latest, greatest games, including an open prize shop. Everything in Timezone Central Park will work off a super-simple tap Powercard system that stores your balance and the amount of tickets you’ve won. Limited edition Powercards will be available for purchase.
