Rules & Regulations

1. Only 105cm and below can play in the Toddler Zone.
2. Only Children above 105cm to 145cm can enter the Play Arena (multi-level play area)
3. All children must be accompanied by a guardian (i.e. parent or companion who is eighteen years old and above)
4. The guardian must supervise the child and is responsible for the child’s behavior at all times. In the interest of other children, any destructive or disruptive behavior by any child shall not be tolerated and the child may be asked to leave without any refund.
5. Socks are required. No shoes allowed in the Timezone Play N Learn Area
6. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited
7. Sharp hair accessories and the like are not allowed
8. Strollers are not allowed inside the play area
9. Parents / Guardians are required to read and acknowledge the rules and regulations prior to entry into the Timezone Play N Learn Area
10. Data / Photograph shared for registration process shall be used only for internal purpose and will not be shared with third party nor published in any format
11. Parents / Guardians are expected to ensure the child does not over stay in the Timezone Play N Learn Area. In case a child refuses to leave the area after the allotted time, additional charges shall be applicable.
12. For our customer’s safety, children who are suffering from flu, cough, cold, skin diseases, other medical conditions or are afflicted by other injuries and infectious diseases are requested to postpone their visit to our play area, and in the exercise of prudence, Timezone Play N Learn Management may also refuse admission for this reason.
13. Timezone will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or injury inside the Timezone Play N Learn Area
14. Timezone Play N Learn Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone
15. Timezone Play N Learn Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
