4. Disclaimer related to Offers & Promotions

  • Balance and tickets on Timezone card are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Balance and tickets on card are valid for 12 months from the date of last usage
  • Half Price Tuesday is applicable on selected games and is not applicable on Holidays and during Peak Festive Season
  • Call in 9 or 99 Thursday offer on selected category of games and is not applicable of Holidays and during Peak Festive Season
  • Daily 2 FREE Games on Gold Plus cards are applicable on selected games and cannot be accumulated. Guests need to reload a minimum amount per month on their card to ensure this feature remains activated
  • Free Games / Daily Free Games are applicable at the venue they are loaded at
  • Tickets on Timezone Powercard can be redeemed for merchandise available at the Prize Shop
  • Guests may place Prize Request for merchandise with MRP upto INR 9000 not available at Prize shop against the tickets they hold. Timezone reserves the right for accepting such requests and making such merchandise available at a ticket value deemed appropriate by Timezone . This shall be confirmed to guests within 7 working days of such requests being placed with the Venue Manager. Such prize requests are not binding on Timezone to fulfill
  • Merchandise once redeemed cannot be exchanged / returned
  • Waiting rules apply at certain attractions and games. These are communicated at these specific games and also available at the Counter
  • We request the guests to take care of their belongings. Timezone shall not be responsible for theft, loss or damage of these belongings
  • Timezone reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotions, offers, schemes, products and pricing at any given point of time
