1. Who can I contact for any queries regarding my purchase?

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking and also through PayU money.


3. What currency will my purchase be made?

All purchases are made in INR


4. How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email [email protected] within 1 business day. Please note, in some instances we may not be able to make changes to your order if the item(s) have already been processed.


5. Can I purchase a prize using cash from the redemption counter?

Prizes from the redemption counter cannot be purchased for cash. They are only redeemable for Powertickets.



1. How long is my credit and Powertickets valid for?

Credit and Powertickets are valid for 12 months from the last date of your transaction at store.


2. How do I redeem Powertickets for a prize?

Simply take your Powercard to the cash counter and the customer service assistant will advise you of the amount of tickets you have available. You can then choose prizes from the redemption counter up to the value of the tickets you have available. If you do not wish to spend your Powertickets at that time they will remain on the card and any more power tickets won will accumulate. Powertickets have a 12 month expiry.


3. Can I use my credit and Powertickets at other Timezone locations?

Yes, both active balance and Powertickets are transferrable between all stores in India.

Powercard Balance

1. Why are some promotions only available at certain stores?

Due to different offerings available at certain locations, not all promotions can be run at all Timezone locations. Please contact your local store for information on current promotions.


2. What is bonus balance?

Bonus balance is an additional balance added to your card when you load up in store or when you purchase a promotional product in store. This is additional credit awarded to you, can be used to play all games in store except bowling. And the bonus balance offers are subject to particular load based denominations.


3. How can I check my Powercard balance online?

Power card balances cannot be checked online. Please visit your local store if you wish to check your balance or reload your Powercard.


1. When do I pay the balance?

Balance due is to be paid on the day of the party, before it starts.


2. What if not all guests I booked the party for show up, do I do the full payment?

No, you just pay for the total number of guests provided it is more than 15 which is the minimum required for a party.


3. What happens if guests arrived once the party has already started?

Guests arriving after party started will still be able to join but will be entitled to play the remaining of the party only.


4. How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Bookings are received 2 weeks in advance normally, however we will do our best to accommodate your booking in a short notice.


5. How early should I arrive for my party?

It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes before the schedule time in order not to affect any other parties schedules.


6. Does Timezone provides supervision of children?

Our staff will take reasonable care but will not accept responsibility for the supervision or wellbeing of a child.


7. Does Timezone do better deals for larger groups?

Yes, for groups or 30 or more people please contact your nearest Timezone.


8. Do you provide food for birthday parties and other functions?

Some stores have deals with local food providers for parties and functions. Please contact your local Timezone store for the same.


9. Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 20% deposit is required to book a party, this deposit will be deducted from the total cost of party.


10. Do I get a refund if I cancel party?

At least 5 working days’ notice must be given for a full refund. The deposit balance would be transferred to Timezone Powercard. Cancellation within 5 days of the party no refund will be given.


11. Can I bring my own food?

Yes you can, we also offer exclusive food tie up options.


1. This is a gift, will you provide proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase is provided to you on your email as soon as you make your payment.


2. Can my gift cards be used at all Timezone locations?

Yes, you can use your gift cards at all Timezone stores.


How do I apply for job at Timezone?
