ColourGrid is the ultimate interactive challenge, testing players’ speed, skill, teamwork and sharp reflexes while bringing families and friends together for a fun and competitive experience.

Think game show vibes meet digital dance floor; players are placed into a vibrant, high-tech arena of colour-changing tiles on the floor and walls. The adventure starts from the touch of a screen before players are required to step, jump, and race their way through the shifting grid of pressure-responsive tiles. The trick in navigating the dynamic grid is racing to hit (and miss!) the right tiles. Keep up with the game’s rapid changes to progress and immortalise your name on the leader board.

ColourGrid is now available to play in three locations with the game will continuing to roll out nationally over the coming months in select Timezone venues. Get ready for the future of interactive games!

Grab your Powercard to activate a game of ColourGrid for only $6.00 per person per session. Just tap your Powercard on ColourGrid's card reader and away you go!

ColourGrid Game Modes

Featuring different game modes to choose from, ColourGrid is made for all ages including solo players, groups, and party crews alike. Whether you're dodging danger zones, dancing through flashing tiles, or racing your mates to the finish, one thing’s for sure – there’s no slowing down. The games are updated regularly, so there’s always a new way to play.

Red Light Green Light 🔴🟢

Squid Game vibes. This game is all about patience. Step on a colour lane to begin. Move forward when the light is green by tapping the blinking coloured tiles. When the red tiles appear FREEZE! Make it all the way to the end to win. Hit a red tile? Head back to the start.

Escape The Lava 🔥

Avoid the red tiles (lava) at all costs! The green tiles are the safe zones. Score points by collecting the blue diamonds (blue tiles) to win points.

Find The Colour 🟦🟨

Run. Jump. Win. Each Player is assigned a colour. The first player to their colour tiles on the grid WINS!

Sharp Shooter 🔫

There are two teams. Each team is to stay in their zone. Tap on your bullets to shoot. Tap your opponents bullets to defend your base. Tap the yellow tiles to reload your bullets. The green line in the middle of the playing field is your health bar. Pro tip: Look out for those hyper bullets!

ColourGrid Safety Requirements

To play ColourGrid, you must

  • Wear enclosed footwear (no thongs, sandals, or high heels)
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance

  • ColourGrid is not recommended for guests with epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnacy, conditions affecting eyesight, balance or coodination issues or who may be adversely affected by rapid changes of visual effects.

ColourGrid is great fun when playing with your friends and family. A max of 6 people can play ColourGrid simultaneously. 

How long is a session of ColourGrid?

The minimum session time is 3 minutes, although your experience can exceed 15 minutes for some game modes.

How do I play Red Light Green Light?

Each tap of your Powercard adds a credit to the game. Each credit can be used to play a single game mode. Multiple game modes require multiple credits.

How much does ColourGrid cost to play?

ColourGrid costs $6.00 per person. 

Can I win Powertickets on ColourGrid?

ColourGrid is an interactive attraction, Powertickets are not awarded during game play. 

Can I book ColourGrid online?

ColourGrid in unavailable to be booked online, so head into venue and tap your Powercard to play!

Does ColourGrid have VIP game pricing?

There is no VIP game pricing for the ColourGrid attraction. The game is $6.00 per person regardless of your Powercard tier.

SAFETY

Do shoes have to be worn while playing ColourGrid?

Appropriate enclosed footwear must be worn. This means high heels, thongs or sandals are a no-go! If you're unsure whether your shoes are appropriate, please ask one of our friendly FunSquad team members in venue. 

What is the age requirement to play ColourGrid?

There is no age requirement to play ColourGrid at Timezone, however, ColourGrid is recommended for ages 4 and up.
