Timezone Epping is in the Pacific Epping Shopping Centre. The centre is located on the corner of High Street and Cooper Street, approximately 21 km north of the Melbourne CBD.

Pacific Epping has 4,000 parking spaces. The best parking for Timezone Epping is the Cooper Street Car Park.

Buses are in Cooper Street car park, next to the Degani/Big W entrance, routes 569, 901, 555, 556, 571, 575 & 577.

Pacific Epping is 500 metres away from Epping railway station.
