• We accept payments through Credit and Debit Cards issued by most of India's major banks, and UPI.
• All transactions are denominated in INR.
• Prizes from the redemption counter cannot be purchased with cash and can only be redeemed with Powertickets.
• Beware of fraudulent vouchers - Only vouchers purchased through official Timezone channels are valid. Unauthorised or third‑party vouchers will not be recognised and acknowledged at Timezone venues.

• How long is my credit and Powertickets valid for?
  Credit and Powertickets are valid for 12 months from the last date of your transaction at store.
• How do I redeem Powertickets for a prize?
  Simply take your Powercard to the cash counter and the customer service assistant will advise you of the amount of tickets you have available. You can then choose prizes from the redemption counter up to the value of the tickets you have available. If you do not wish to spend your Powertickets at that time they will remain on the card and any more power tickets won will accumulate. Powertickets have a 12 month expiry.
• Can I use my credit and Powertickets at other Timezone locations?
  Yes, both active balance and Powertickets are transferrable between all stores in India.

By purchasing or using a Powercard, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• Please retain your Timezone Powercard; a nominal replacement fee will be charged to replace a registered Powercard that is lost or stolen.
• The bonus balance is an additional balance added to your card when you reload or purchase an eligible product at a Timezone venue. Bonus balances can be used to play games at Timezone venues in India. Cash balances on the card will be utilized first and upon exhaustion, bonus balance shall be utilized.
• Timezone will not be held responsible for defaced, mutilated, altered, lost, or stolen Powercards. Defaced, mutilated or altered Powercards will not be refunded or redeemed. Any broken or damaged power card will be replaced for free if physically provided at the venue. A nominal fee is charged only for cases where the power card is lost/forgotten misplaced.
• The unredeemed balance stored on a Powercard can be used to play games at all Timezone venues in India.
• Powercards, and any unredeemed balances on such cards, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be re-sold.
• Powercard balances, including credit, bonus and Powerticket balances, cannot be combined with, or split amongst, other Powercards.
• Powercards will expire 12 months from the last in-venue use date, at which time any unused balances (credit and bonus) and Powertickets will be forfeited. App reloads can extend the expiry date of Powercard balances. Management has discretion in matters of reinstatement of expired balances, but under no circumstances will bonus balances be reinstated.
• To redeem merchandise from the prize shop, take your Powercard to the cash counter, and the Fun Squad will advise you of the number of Powertickets available for redemption on your Powercard. You can then choose prizes from the redemption counter based on the value of the Powertickets you have available. If you do not wish to spend your Powertickets at that time, they will remain on the Powercard, and any additional Powertickets won will accumulate until they are redeemed or expire.
• Cumulative Powertickets from multiple Powercards can be used to redeem merchandise.
• Timezone reserves the right to invalidate and cancel any prize or Powertickets won by the guest in case of any game malfunctioning.
• Register your Powercard via our website or the Fun App to track your balance at any time.

• A deposit of Rs 5,000 is required to secure each birthday party booking.
• The balance of the total party booking amount must be paid on the day of the party prior to the party commencing.
• On the day of the party, the total amount payable will be calculated with reference to the greater of 10 guests (being the minimum required for a party) and the actual number of guests in attendance.
• Guests arriving after the commencement of a party will still be able to participate, but only for the balance of the time allocated to that party.
• Usually, birthday bookings are received not less than 2 weeks in advance. However, management may (at their discretion) accept bookings on shorter notice.
• The party host must arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled party time so that no other ongoing party is impacted.
• Timezone’s Party Host will take reasonable care, but will not accept responsibility for the supervision or wellbeing of the children attending.
• Not all Timezone venues provide food and beverages for birthday parties; however, some venues have deals with local food providers. Please contact your local Timezone venue for more information.

BOOKING POLICY

• Each party is permitted to make only one booking per time slot.
• Multiple bookings with identical or overlapping timings under the same party are not allowed.
• Any duplicate or conflicting bookings may be cancelled or modified at the discretion of the management.

VOUCHER POLICY

• Only one voucher may be redeemed per party, irrespective of the number of slots booked.
• Vouchers cannot be combined, transferred, or applied to multiple bookings made by the same party.
• Management reserves the right to reject or invalidate vouchers that do not comply with these terms.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of incorrect information or policy violations.
• By making a booking, the party agrees to comply with all venue rules and policies.

By purchasing or using a Timezone gift card, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• You will receive an email with proof of purchase for the gift card promptly after you make your payment.

• Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost, or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

• The credit balance on a Timezone gift card is redeemable only at Timezone venues in India.

• Timezone gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be re-sold.

• Gift cards will expire in 12 months from the date of issue, at which time any unused balance will be forfeited.

• The holder of a gift card is liable for all transactions on the card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence on Timezone’s part or on the part of its employees.

• Tier benefits and upgrades are applicable only on purchases made and paid for at Timezone venues. Gift card vouchers don't entitle guest to claim any reward benefits
