Registering on the portal lets you access your card details online and gives you the following benefits. It is also the only way to enjoy loyalty rewards from Timezone.

Yes, for you to access all the exciting benefits and features of the new member portal. You must register again using the same email/phone number you used in the old member portal.
Yes, you can but for your Powercard to earn rewards, you must register it. If you register without your Powercard, you can add your Powercard later.
Yes, you can add several Powercards to your account.
Login to your account, and you will see the “add a Powercard” button. Input your Powercard number and CVV. Put a nickname to your Powercard then click “All set! Bring on the fun!”
Please log into the portal on the website to add the new email and get it verified. Once done, create a new Timezone account using this new phone and then you can use this new phone number to log in.
Go to portal.timezonegames.com and click “Forgot your password” then follow the instructions to reset your password.

Sometimes it takes a while for the portal to update. Kindly wait 48 hours for the right data to update. If after 48 hours the data is still incorrect, you can check at the counter what your correct balance is.
a. If you have registered to the portal prior to losing your card, you can have your card reissued at any Timezone venue for P50 for Red and Blue Elite Cards or P100 for Gold and Platinum Cards.
b. Unfortunately, if you have not registered it, you need to get a new card. Your old balance and tickets are lost.
