Divisions: Competitors compete in designated skill tiers: EXPERT, MASTER, and Re:MASTER.
Team Structure: Players grind qualifiers individually but must register and compete as a fixed 2v2 pair.
Age Limit: Participants must be 13 years old or older.
Under 18 Policy: Players under 18 must check the minor consent box on the registration form and submit a physical Parent/Guardian Consent Waiver at the Registration Desk on tournament day.
Submission Process: Exactly 1 member per pair submits the official Google Registration Form on behalf of both players, including all required details and score screenshots.
Location Lock: Qualifier scores are valid ONLY when played on official Timezone Philippines cabinets. Scores from non-Timezone arcades, private machines, or overseas locations are strictly void.
Grinding Flexibility: Songs may be played in any order across multiple arcade credits and across multiple official Timezone branches to secure highest percentage scores.
Cabinet Compliance: Only gameplay logs generated on verified Timezone Philippines hardware are recognized for official scoring.
Photo Proof Integrity: Images with cropped borders, heavy blur, edit alterations, or missing physical tapper verification will be immediately rejected without right of appeal.
Minor Authorization: Failure to turn in a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Waiver on tournament day forfeits a minor player's entry regardless of qualifier score ranking.
