WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF LOST CARD?
In this case, please contact hotlines or go to the nearest Timezone venue for support to suspend card, preserve card balance & re-issue new card.
Note:
- Timezone only supports to suspend & renew card in case the card has been registered with full member information.
- Please provide registration information & card barcode (via Fun App or website account) to verify your ownership.
- Timezone will not reinstate the loss of card balances (credits & tickets) before the card is suspended.
- Card re-issue fee is 60,000VND.
