FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - TIMEZONE REWARDS
Get rewarded for playing? Yes! Timezone Rewards is a membership program that gives you rewards for playing at all Timezone venues in Vietnam. Rewards vary according to membership tiers and range from free game credits, bonus e- tickets, exclusive benefits and so much more.
You can join Timezone Rewards by registering your Timezone powercard online. (Cumulative Spend and upgrades to each tier will differ in each country, please check with your Ops Manager for more details )
There are four membership tiers.
Welcome: A warm Welcome to Fun! Purchase a Timezone welcome card in any of our stores by loading a minimum of 50.000 VND. Register your card and you will be enrolled into the Welcome Tier.
Blue Elite: Be part of an Elite force. A cumulative spend of 40.000.000 VND will upgrade you to the Blue Elite Tier.
Gold: Go for Gold! A cumulative spend of 20.000.000 VND will upgrade you to the Gold Tier.
Platinum: Truly a class of its own. A cumulative spend of 70.000.000 VND will upgrade you to the ultra-exclusive Platinum Tier.

From March 31, 2022, the Tier Achievement and Mid-Tier bonuses will become exclusive Rewards for Timezone members. You need to have a Timezone account and download the Timezone Fun App to be able to receive these rewards.
The reward will be sent to your Timezone Fun App account as follows:
- For Tier Achievement reward: You need to reach new card tier & register new card in Fun App -> voucher will be sent to your account the next day. You can check the "my e-voucher" section to view the voucher and redeem it in the app.
- For Mid-Tier rewards: You need to reach the required cumulative balance & register the card in the Fun App, the voucher will be sent to your account the next day. You can check the "my e-voucher" section to view the voucher and redeem it in the app.
Cumulative spend is based on the total nett load accumulated in a Timezone powercard. Cumulative spend excludes bonus game credit earned from offers and promotions.
Example: a load of 50.000 VND on a double-dollar offer shows a balance of 100.000 VND worth of game credits. The nett load credited towards Timezone Rewards is 50.000 VND.

Yes. Game credit and e-tickets will expire if the card is inactive for 12 months from date of last game played.
FREE games are applicable to 1 venue per day and can only be redeemed at the last venue played.
Should you wish to transfer your daily FREE games to another venue, you will need to play at the venue so you can redeem your FREE games at that particular venue the next day.
No. Daily free games are non-accumulative and will be refreshed daily.
Please request for a card replacement at the venue or complete our Lost card contact form. A small fee will be charged for card replacement.
BIRTHDAY REWARDS FAQS
- E-voucher of Birthday Rewards will be sent to your registered Timezone Fun App each year on the first day of your birthday month.
- Please redeem e-voucher in Timezone Fun App to receive the bonus directly to your Powercard.
- Ensure that you are registered Timezone Fun App.
- Your card must not be expired. This means that there should be at least one transaction in the last 12 months. A transaction is defined as a game play, redemption or a card tap at any card reader.
- If all else fails and you do not receive your birthday voucher during the first week of your birthday month, please Contact Us.
Note: Your request must reach us no later than your birthday month. Request sent after your birthday month will not be validated.
- E-voucher Birthday Rewards & Birthday Special Offer is applied as 01 e-voucher/ account. The value of the e-voucher is based on the highest card class currently registered on the account.
- For the case of multiple cards of the same tier, you can choose 1 card to receive the Birthday Month Gift & enjoy the Birthday Month Offer.

- When redeeming, you need to provide correct Timezone card information & registered information to redeem e-vouchers.
- Your birthday Rewards will not be credited towards your cumulative spending, but you can still earn e-tickets for gameplays and redeem prizes with it.
- For Birthday Month Offer, the actual dtop-up amount will be added to the cumulative spend of Timezone card. For example: You use the Offer to top-up VND 500,000 to receive VND 1,000,000, the cumulative balance that Timezone card will receive is 500,000VND. The card balance will receive 1,000,000VND (including 500,000VND actual loaded and 500,000VND bonus).

MONTHLY FREE GAMES FAQS
- E-voucher for monthly free games includes 2 plays of Green games + 3 plays of Special games (including Bowling, Bumper Car, Family VR) and is only applicable to registered Platinum members.
- E-voucher is applied as 1 voucher per active & registered Platinum card.
- E-voucher for monthly free games will be synced to the member account on the first day of each month. You need to go to Timezone center to redeem your e-voucher and get free plays to your Platinum card.
- E-voucher are valid for use within the month and cannot be stack to next month.
- 5 plays are valid for 30 days from the day of redemption.
- Ensure your card is registered via website or Fun App.
- Check your junk mail to make sure your voucher is not in there!
- If you reached Platinum tier or register Platinum card after 1st day of month, you will start to receive Monthly Free Game voucher from next month.
