You can register your Timezone Powercard easily online here. Alternatively, you can or register in-store via the iPad at our counters.
That is only possible when you have registered your Powercard. There is a possibility that we can locate your card data and protect / minimize the loss of game credits and e-tickets stored in the card provided no one picks it up and used it before the lost card is reported. Once we locate your card data, we can have the card temporary blocked and issue a new card with the retrieved game credits and e-tickets credited back to your new card. A fee ($20) will be charged for a replacement card.
You can check your game credits balance either online or from our check balance kiosks in our store. Also, our team in-store at the counter can check for you.

Yes, if you prefer an all-inclusive experience, our Party Host will seamlessly integrate the selected add-ons into the 80 minutes of Playtime included in our Fun Package.
However, for a more flexible approach, these activities can also be enjoyed separately on the same day and in the venue where the party is hosted. This option allows you to experience the add-ons outside the 80-minute Playtime without the facilitation of the Party Host.
It's best to keep decorations to a minimum. This includes things like party hats, table mats, and simple photo props. Backdrops, Piñatas and Sparkler candles (which may trigger fire alarm) aren't allowed, as we like to keep things easy to clean and prepare the party room for the next party without any delays.
