What is Timezone rewards?

Get rewarded for playing? Yes! Timezone Rewards is a membership programme that gives you free rewards for playing at all Timezone venues in Singapore. Rewards vary according to membership tiers and range from free game credits, bonus Powertickets, exclusive benefits and so much more.

How does Timezone rewards work?

You can join Timezone Rewards by downloading and registering your Powercard to the Timezone Fun App to enjoy member benefits. There are 4 tiers of Timezone Rewards:

 

  • Welcome: A warm Welcome to Fun! Purchase a Timezone welcome card in any Timezone Entertainment Centres by loading a minimum of S$10. Register your card, and you will be enrolled in the Welcome Tier.
  • Blue Elite: Be part of an Elite force. A cumulative spend of S$200 will upgrade you to the Blue Elite Tier.
  • Gold: Go for Gold! A cumulative spend of S$1,000 will upgrade you to the Gold Tier.
  • Platinum: Truly a class of its own. A cumulative spend of S$5,000 will upgrade you to the ultra-exclusive Platinum Tier.

What does cumulative spend mean?

Cumulative spend is based on the total net load accumulated in a Timezone powercard. Cumulative spending excludes party packages purchased and bonus game credit earned from offers, promotions, and double deals.

 

Example: a load of S$20 on a double-dollar equals S$40 worth of game credits. The net load credited towards Timezone Rewards is S$20.

How do I check my cumulative spend?

Log in to your Timezone Fun App, click on "Powercards," and you will see your cumulative spend under "My Timezone Rewards." 


Alternatively, please visit any Timezone Venues to check your cumulative spend.

What are my Timezone rewards benefits?

Please refer to the table here for more information on rewards and benefits for each tier.

How do I become a Timezone rewards members?

Sign up for a Fun App account and register your powercard with a valid email address or a Singapore mobile number, and you will be enrolled on the Timezone Membership reward programme.

Why should I register my powercard?

Get member benefits such as birthday reward, upgrade bonuses, mid-tier bonuses, game discounts and more. The best part is that your game credits are protected in case of loss.

How do I know that I have been upgraded to the higher tier and what do I need to do to receive my rewards?

You will be notified through your registered email address of your upgraded membership tier. Your tier-achievement bonuses will be awarded via the Timezone Fun app. 

 

To redeem, open "My Vouchers" from your app and tap the "Redeem" button to instantly credit the rewards into your account.

Will my Timezone card, game credit and e-tickets expire?

Yes. Your Timezone card, game credit and e-tickets will expire if the card is inactive for 12 months from date of last game played.

How often can I use my discount on the birthday party package?

Discount on birthday party package is exclusive to Platinum, Gold and Blue Elite members.

 

The discounts are as follows:

  • Platinum Members: 20% (Up to 3 Redemptions/ Calendar Year)
  • Gold Members: 15% (Up to 2 Redemptions/ Calendar Year)
  • Blue Elite Members: 10% (1 Redemption/ Calendar Year)

How do I get a replacement for a lost Timezone powercard?

Please complete our Lost card contact form to request for a card replacement. A S$5 fee will be charged for card replacement.

Can I transfer my registered card to another account?

Timezone regulation does not allow card ownership transfer at the moment. Timezone reserves the right to permanently deactivate the card if the member is found to be in violation of this rule.

BIRTHDAY REWARDS FAQS

How and when do I get my birthday reward?

To qualify for your birthday voucher, you must be a registered member of the Timezone Fun App.

 

As a registered Timezone Fun App member, you'll automatically receive your birthday voucher on the first day of your birthday month, delivered straight to your Timezone Fun App.

 

Once you've received your birthday voucher, simply claim it within the app and credit the game credits to your power card hassle-free.

What if I don't receive my birthday reward?

If you're already a member of the Timezone Fun App, your Birthday Voucher will be conveniently delivered straight to your app.

 

Not yet a member? We highly recommend registering to unlock all the fantastic perks available to our members.

 

Once you've signed up as a Timezone Fun App member and registered your powercard within the app, simply reach out to our Guest Experience Specialist during your birthday month, and we'll arrange for your birthday voucher to be sent to you.

 

Please note: All requests for birthday rewards must be submitted to the Timezone team no later than the end of your birthday month. Requests received after this time will not be processed.

 

Another reason why you might not be receiving your rewards?

  • Your card must be valid, meaning there should have been at least one transaction within the last 12 months. A transaction includes game plays, redemptions, or tapping your card at any card reader.

How much do I get as my birthday reward?

Your birthday reward (voucher) is determined by your membership tier, and the perks get better as your tier rises!

 

  • Welcome and Blue Elite members will receive S$10 Bonus Timezone game credits.
  • Gold members will receive S$20 Bonus Timezone game credits.
  • Platinum members will receive $50 Bonus Timezone game credits.

 

Please note: Each Timezone Fun App account is eligible for only one Birthday Voucher per year, awarded based on the highest card tier associated with your account.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

Simply redeem your birthday reward (voucher) within the Timezone Fun App under "My Voucher". 

What if I have multiple cards? Will I get birthday vouchers for both cards?

If you possess multiple cards within your account, you're entitled to a (1) Birthday Treat based on the highest card tier.

 

For instance, if you have cards at Platinum, Gold, and Red tiers, you'll receive a Birthday Bonus of $50 Game Credits, reflecting the benefits of your highest-tier card, during your birthday month.

Can I unsubscribe from Timezone communication and still receive my birthday reward?

Starting 1st April 2024, subscription to Timezone communications is no longer required to receive the birthday reward (voucher).

 

While opting in isn't required anymore, we encourage you to stay informed about our latest news and deals by subscribing to Timezone communications (e-newsletter or SMS).

How long can I keep my birthday reward?

The birthday reward (voucher) will be valid for use within 31 days from the date of issuance.

Can I claim an expired birthday reward?

Unfortunately, your birthday reward (voucher) validity cannot be extended. Therefore, we encourage you to claim it promptly upon receiving it.

Can I transfer my birthday reward to a friend or family member?

The voucher on Timezone Fun App is non-transferable.

 

Additionally, only Timezone Rewards members are entitled to the birthday reward. Don't miss out on this fantastic benefit! Spread the word to your family and friends, and encourage them to register their Powercards to start enjoying rewards today!

Will the birthday reward amount credit towards my cumulative spending?

Your birthday reward will not be credited towards your cumulative spending, but you can still earn e-tickets for gameplays and redeem prizes with it.

PLATINUM/GOLD DAILY FREE GAME(S) FAQS

How and when do I receive my daily free game(s) as a platinum/gold member?

Starting 1 August 2024, registered Timezone Fun App members will receive their “Daily FREE Game(s)” e-voucher delivered to the Timezone Fun App every day before 10 am. You can find the voucher under the “My Vouchers” section of the Fun App.

What if I don’t receive my daily free game(s) voucher on the Timezone Fun App?

If you have just upgraded to the Platinum or Gold tier and registered your new card on the Timezone Fun App, please allow up to 3 days for the “Daily Free Game(s)” voucher to be issued to you after your registration.

 

If you're an existing registered Timezone Fun App member but aren't receiving the “Daily Free Game(s)” e-voucher, please ensure that:

  1. Your card is not expired.
  2. You have had at least one transaction in the last 12 months (game play, redemption, or card tap at any card reader).

 

If you meet these conditions and still don’t receive your voucher, please Contact Us.

How do I redeem the e-voucher for my daily free games?

To redeem the e-voucher for your “Daily Free Game(s),” follow these steps:

  1. Visit any Timezone venue.
  2. Open your Timezone Fun App and present the e-voucher (screenshots are not allowed) along with your Timezone Platinum or Gold Powercard.

 

Please note:

  • The Powercard used to redeem the e-voucher must match the e-voucher entitlement.
  • The “1 FREE Game/Attraction” e-voucher can only be redeemed by Gold card holders.
  • Similarly, the “2 FREE Games/Attractions” e-voucher can only be redeemed by Platinum members.

What if I possess multiple platinum and gold cards in my Timezone Fun App account?

The e-voucher for the “Daily Free Game(s)” will be issued per card. If you have multiple cards, here's how it works:

 

If you possess 2 Platinum cards and 2 Gold cards in your Timezone Fun App account, you will receive:

  • 2 of the “2 Free Games/Attractions” vouchers (one for each Platinum card)
  • 2 of the “1 Free Game/Attraction” vouchers (one for each Gold card)

If I couldn't redeem the e-voucher for my daily free game(s) at a Timezone venue today, can I redeem it on another day?

Unfortunately, each e-voucher is valid only on the day of issuance and is redeemable at any Timezone venue only during operating hours. The e-voucher is not transferable or accumulative to the next day. Please note that operating hours vary by venue.

 

However, don't worry! You will receive a new e-voucher the next day, as they are delivered to you daily at 10 am.

 

Can I still get the daily free game(s) e-voucher if I don’t have or deleted the Fun App on my device?

No, you will need to have the Timezone Fun App and register your Powercard to your account to receive the daily free game(s) e-voucher.

Can I choose when and which game to use the free game(s) upon redeeming them at the counter?

Upon redemption, the Free Game(s) will be credited to your Timezone Platinum/Gold Powercard and will apply to the first 1 or 2 game(s)/attraction(s) played at the venue where the redemption is made. These must be used on the day of redemption and at the specific venue where they are redeemed.

PLATINUM FREE DRINK FAQS

How and when do I get my free drink reward?

Registered Timezone Fun App members will receive their voucher weekly, delivered directly to their Timezone Fun App every Friday. Guests can locate these vouchers under "My Voucher" within their Fun App.

What if I don't receive my free drink reward?

If you're already a member of the Timezone Fun App, your Platinum Exclusive Weekly Free Drink voucher will be conveniently delivered straight to your app.

 

Not yet a Timezone Fun App member? We highly recommend registering to unlock all the fantastic perks available to our members.

How do I redeem the free drink reward?

Head down to your nearest Timezone venue and present the voucher to our Fun Squad at the counter to redeem your free drink. Enjoy your refreshment on us!

What if I have multiple platinum cards?

The Platinum Free Drink Reward is applied as one voucher per active Platinum card. You will receive the number of vouchers equal to the number of registered active Platinum cards in your account.

How long can I keep my free drink reward?

The Free Drink reward voucher is valid for seven days, until each Thursday, so don’t hold on to it for too long. Validation cannot be extended, as you will always receive a new Free Drink voucher every Friday. Enjoy your drink before it expires!

Can I unsubscribe from Timezone communication and still receive my free drink reward?
