- Registration for the Tournament opens on 18 September 2026 during the Maximum Tune Ignition Test Drive event at Timezone Orchard Xchange.
- The Tournament is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must have a valid Bandai Namco Passport, which must be registered on or before the date of Tournament registration, and linked to the Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune arcade game.
- Eligible participants may register by:
a) attending the registration venue during the Registration Period;
b) completing the registration form with their required details; and
c) presenting their Bandai Namco Passport upon registration. - Tournament registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the available number of Tournament slots. Once all slots are filled, participants may register their interest to be placed on a waitlist, where applicable.
- Participants must adhere to all instructions and directions given by Timezone staff and Event Organisers throughout the Tournament.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify participant details and disqualify any participant who:
- is unable to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility or identity;
- breaches these Terms & Conditions; or
- engages in conduct that may affect the fair and proper conduct of the Tournament.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Tournament format, rules, dates, venues or other arrangements where reasonably necessary. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
- By participating in the Tournament, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for promotional, publicity and marketing purposes relating to the Tournament and Timezone, subject to applicable laws.
- If the Tournament cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, government restrictions, unauthorised intervention or other unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, terminate or cancel the Tournament or any part of it.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Tournament, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Personal information collected during registration will be used for the purposes of administering and conducting the Tournament and handled in accordance with Timezone's Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore laws.
- By registering for and/or participating in the Tournament, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- Timezone reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the tournament or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, Timezone’s decision is final and binding.
