VENUE ASSOCIATE (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Deliver GUESTS+: Deliver service excellence to our guests by understanding and meeting their expectations with a smile.
  • Achieve the KPIs: Identify and seize the opportunities to achieve the KPIs set while making every guest's visit memorable.
  • Stay Informed: Be the go-to person for all our campaigns, promotions, and events, providing guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Handle Transactions: Operate the POS cash register, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Manage Stock: Perform stock tally when needed, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
  • Keep It Clean: Maintain the general cleanliness of the venue at all times, making sure it’s always guest-ready.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the F&B, Retail, or Tourism industry.
  • Passion: A love for our brand, games, and engaging with people.
  • Service Excellence: A commitment to delivering high-standard service to our guests.
  • Energy: A responsible, energetic, and proactive attitude.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with our guests and team.

PARTY HOST

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Greet and Welcome: Be the friendly face that welcomes all participants, parents, and visitors with enthusiasm and a smile.
  • Event Coordination: Ensure all participants are present for the event and ready to have a blast.
  • Decorating Extraordinaire: Assist in decorating the party space to create a festive and fun atmosphere.
  • Game Master: Organize and facilitate exciting games and activities that keep the party energy high.
  • Celebration Leader: Lead the birthday celebration, including cake distribution and making the birthday star feel extra special.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Keep participants, parents, and community members informed about the event and any program details.
  • Safety Champion: Help create a safe and clean environment, including setting up and cleaning up the program space, and handling any spills or accidents.
  • Team Player: Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or venue manager to ensure the party runs smoothly.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • A positive, outgoing attitude and a love for parties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or childcare is a plus.
