- By MRT: Take the North East Line (NEL) or Downtown Line (DTL) and alight at Chinatown MRT Station. Take Exit E, which provides direct access to Chinatown Point. Once inside the mall, head to Basement 1 to find Timezone at #B1-17.
- By Bus: Chinatown Point is accessible via several bus services, including 2, 12, 33, 54, 143, 147, 190, CT8, CT18 and CT28. You can alight at the stops around Chinatown Point and enter the mall before heading to Basement 1, where Timezone is located at #B1-17.
- By Car: If you’re driving, Chinatown Point is located at 133 New Bridge Road and has an onsite car park. Enter the mall's car park and make your way into the mall, then head to Basement 1 to find Timezone at #B1-17.
- By Taxi or Ride-Hailing Services: Taxis and ride-hailing services can drop you off at Chinatown Point’s designated passenger pick-up and drop-off point near Crocs (#01-47) at Level 1 along New Bridge Road. Enter the mall and head to Basement 1 to locate Timezone at #B1-17.
