Not yet a member? We highly recommend registering to unlock all the fantastic perks available to our members.
Once you've signed up as a Timezone Fun App member and registered your powercard within the app, simply reach out to our Guest Experience Specialist during your birthday month, and we'll arrange for your birthday voucher to be sent to you.
Please note: All requests for birthday rewards must be submitted to the Timezone team no later than the end of your birthday month. Requests received after this time will not be processed.

Do note that there is a 24-Hour Activation period for the voucher to be synced to your Timezone Fun App.
The Timezone Powercard, credits and e-Tickets will only expire if it is not used for 12 months without any top-up/game transactions as stated on the back of the card and on the Timezone website FAQ. If you would like to proceed with the reinstatement request, please note that charges may apply.
