Which Timezone venues can I choose for my Birthday Party package?

Timezone Westgate, Timezone VivoCity, Timezone Parkway Parade, and Timezone Jurong Point are ready to host your event! Newly added is our latest and biggest Timezone venue at Timezone Orchard Xchange.

What is the maximum capacity of the party room? 

Our party room can hold between 20 - 25 pax.

Can I reserve the Party Room before booking the birthday party package?

Our party room is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hence, payment must be made in full for the booking to secure the party room.

When should I make my booking?

The earlier, the better! Timezone accepts bookings that are made 1 week prior to event. Subjected to availability.

Can I utilise the Platinum/ Gold discount on the party package? 

Yes, Platinum and Gold members are eligible for 20%/ 10% discount on the party package (Fun & Extended Fun Package)—one redemption per calendar year.

Platinum Members:

  • Fun Package > Maximum $110 OFF (20% Discount)
  • Extended Fun Package > Maximum $220 OFF (20% Discount)

Gold Members:

  • Fun Package > Maximum $55 OFF (10% Discount)
  • Extended Fun Package > Maximum $110 OFF (10% Discount)

The Platinum/Gold members discount does not apply to the add-ons (additional child, bumper cars, bowling, VR games, additional e-tickets, snack platter & drink and Goodie Bag).

To redeem your Platinum/ Gold discount, simply enter the first nine digits of your Timezone Powercard number (excluding the number "0" in front) + the current year, under the "Discount Code" field of the checkout page.

Please ensure your card is registered either on Timezone Member Portal or Timezone Fun app. For newly upgraded Platinum or Gold members, please allow 3 working days for your discount to be valid. For urgent requests, please contact us

Is there an age restriction?

All are welcome! There is no age restriction. However, guests aged 15 and below must be accompanied by an adult. (4 minors = 1 Adult)

Are school uniforms allowed for events at your premises?

Please note that school uniforms or any clothing with a school name/logo are strictly prohibited from our premises.

Will a party host be organising my party program?

Yes, a party host will assist you with your party program.

Can I decorate the party room by bringing in my own party props? 

It's best to keep decorations to a minimum. This includes things like party hats, table mats, and simple photo props. Backdrops, Piñatas and Sparkler candles (which may trigger fire alarm) aren't allowed, as we like to keep things easy to clean and prepare the party room for the next party without any delays. If you're unsure about what's allowed, don't hesitate to ask our party coordinator for guidance.

Can I "unlock" games/attractions such as bumper car rides or bowling on the day of the party? 

Yes, you can! You can approach our Fun Squads at the counter to make the purchase. 

Can I bring my own food or are there food options available? 

Yes, you may bring your finger foods or bento set into the party room. However, no alcohol is allowed in our venues.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake.

Do we need to arrive earlier than our scheduled party time?

Please arrive 15 mins before your booking time so that your event may start punctually. There will be no extensions outside your time slot.

What if I need to cancel my party?

A 50% refund can be made if the booking is cancelled within seven days prior to the event.

Can I change my party date or time?

You may do so at least 7 days prior to the event - this will be subject to availability. 

Will the price differ if I have fewer than 10 guests?

The prices for Birthday Party Package are fixed for a minimum of 10 pax. Thus, the price will remain the same if there are less than 10 pax. There will also be no refund if there are less than 10 pax on the day of the party due to guests who can't turn up.
