1. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Timezone Animal Kaiser+ Version 3 Tournament (June Championship Series) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Tournament is open to all Timezone members. Each participant must own a valid Timezone Powercard to participate.

There is no age restriction; however, participants aged 18 and below must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.

3. Tournament Structure & Participation

The Tournament will take place across the following dates:

• 5 June 2026 – Qualifier Round

• 6 June 2026 – Qualifier Round

• 7 June 2026 – Grand Finals (Orchard Xchange only)

Participants may register for one (1) qualifier slot only, subject to availability.
Each qualifier slot is limited to sixteen (16) participants.

4. Registration

• Registration is available at participating venues:

  Causeway Point, Orchard Xchange, Waterway Point, Westgate

• Slots are offered at 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on 5 and 6 June

• Registration is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis

• Each slot is capped at 16 participants, after which registration will close

A non-refundable fee of $5 must be paid to secure participation.

Participants must complete and sign the registration form at the respective venue after payment.

5. Venue and Schedule

Qualifiers (5 & 6 June)

• Venues: Causeway Point, Orchard Xchange, Waterway Point, Westgate

• Time Slots: 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM

• Each slot will produce one (1) winner

• Each venue will have two (2) winners per day

Grand Finals (7 June)

• Venue: Orchard Xchange only

• Time: 12:00 PM

• Total of 16 finalists (winners from 5 & 6 June) will compete

6. Participation Requirements

Participants must report to their registered venue at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time slot.

Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of their slot, which may be reassigned to another participant.

7. Participation at Registered Slot and Venue

Participants must compete only at the venue and time slot they registered for.
Switching of venues, dates, or time slots is not permitted.

8. Tournament Rewards & Entitlements

• All participants in the qualifier rounds (5 & 6 June) will receive an Animal Kaiser Starter Kit

• Starter Kits will not be issued during the Grand Finals

9. Prizes

Champion

• Animal Kaiser V1, V2, and V3 Card Boxes (1 each)

• $500 FairPrice Voucher

2nd Place

• $100 FairPrice Voucher

• $100 Game Credits

All prizes are:

• Non-exchangeable

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

Timezone reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its discretion.

10. Disqualification and Conduct

Timezone reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Engages in cheating, fraudulent behaviour, or misconduct

• Violates tournament rules or these Terms and Conditions

Disqualification may occur without prior notice.

11. Liability and Changes

Timezone shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in the Tournament or usage of prizes.

Timezone reserves the right to amend tournament structure, mechanics, rules, or cancel the event if necessary.

12. Use of Likeness

By participating, participants grant Timezone Singapore the right to use their name, photographs, videos, and likeness for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

13. General Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are binding and final.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Timezone Singapore shall be final.
