Terms and Conditions for “Timezone Celebrate, Play & Win!” 

• 1. General Overview
  "Celebrate, Play & Win!" is a promotional campaign organized by Timezone Singapore Pte Ltd (“Timezone”), running from 8 July to 18 August 2025 (both dates inclusive). By participating in this campaign (“Promotion”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Timezone, which are final and binding.
  
  

• 2. Eligibility

• The “Celebrate, Play & Win” promotion (“Promotion”) is open to individuals who:

  • Are registered Timezone members; and

  • Have downloaded and logged into the Timezone Fun App using their registered account; and

  • Have completed a qualifying reload of one of the specified promotional packages (e.g., “$68 Get $108” or higher) via the Fun App or in-venue.

• All lucky chances will be issued as Lucky Chance vouchers directly within the participant’s Fun App account.

  • Each voucher corresponds to a single qualifying reload transaction and will indicate the number of chances earned (E.g. You have 7 Lucky Chances)

  • Participants must retain access to their Fun App and remain logged in to view lucky chance voucher.

  • Transactions made without the Fun App installed or not logged into a registered Timezone account, or reloads that do not meet the specified promotional threshold, will not be eligible for entry.

  • Timezone is not responsible for any failure to participate, view entries, or redeem prizes due to issues related to the Fun App (e.g., uninstallation, account logout, technical errors).

     

• 3. Qualified Reload Promotions & Draw Chances

  Only specific promotional packages grant lucky draw entries:

  Note: Split reloads (e.g., $38 on two cards) do not qualify. Entries are granted only when a single transaction meets one of the qualified promotions.
  
  

• 4. Lucky Draw Mechanics
  4.1. Weekly lucky draws will be conducted via an electronic system at 4PM on each scheduled Draw Date at Timezone Head Office, located at 491B River Valley Road #10-01/02, Singapore 248373.

  4.2. Each week, 10 winners will be selected at random from eligible entries for that qualifying period.

  4.4. Winners will be notified via the Fun App. Verification of the registered Powercard number is required. Prize fulfillment will be completed within 7 working days of winner verification.
  
  

• 5. Important Notes

  • Guests must have the Timezone Fun App to participate in the promotion.

  • Each participant may only win once per week, but is allowed to re-enter and win again in subsequent weeks by making another qualifying reload.

  • Unclaimed or unverified prizes will be forfeited, and Timezone reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • Timezone may request proof of identity to verify eligibility.

  • Prizes may be subject to separate third-party terms and conditions.

  • Any tax obligations arising from the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
    
    

• 6. Disqualification Criteria

  • Timezone reserves the right to disqualify any participant without prior notice if:

  • The participant is found to be ineligible.

  • Fraudulent, dishonest, or suspicious activity is detected.

  • There is abuse or manipulation of the system to gain unfair advantage.

  • Reload transactions are cancelled or refunded.
    
    

• 7. Data Protection & Publicity

  • By participating, participants consent to:

  • The collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Timezone for campaign administration, promotional purposes, and other related activities.

  • Having their name, likeness, and/or photographs used for publicity purposes by Timezone without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• 8. Miscellaneous

  • This Promotion is not valid with other discounts, offers, or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

  • Timezone may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • In case of dispute, Timezone’s decision is final and binding.

  • In case of inconsistency between these Terms and promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold Timezone harmless from any claims or damages arising out of their participation.
