- This promotion is valid from 1 to 31 May 2024, at selected prize machines in all Timezone venues except Timezone SingPost Centre.
- Changing of color tags is not allowed, even if plush toys are exchangeable within the same prize machine.
- To redeem your prize, please approach the Timezone Fun Squad at the counter and present your colour tag(s).
- Each tag is redeemable for a prize once and must be surrendered upon redemption.
- Physical tag(s) must be presented for prize redemption. Lost or misplaced tag(s) will not be replaced.
- All redemptions must be made by 31 May 2024; no extensions are allowed.
- Timezone has the sole discretion to exclude any individual(s) from participating in the campaign (such as those found to have committed any act of fraud or dishonesty) without any obligation to provide notice and/or reason.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
- Timezone may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change, or substitute any prizes with another of similar value.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Timezone's Management will be final.
