Terms and Conditions for “Timezone Live Your Dream Campaign – October 2024”   

Timezone Live Your Dream Campaign (the Promotion) from 10 October to 24 November 2025 is a promotion organised by Timezone Singapore Pte Ltd (Timezone) and it is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Timezone, which shall be final and binding in all respects.   

1. The Promotion is available from 10 October to 24 November 2024 (both dates inclusive). Purchases made before and after this period will not be eligible for the draw. 
2. Under the Promotion, and subject to these Terms and Conditions, a new or existing Timezone registered member (“Eligible Participant”) who satisfies the eligibility conditions set out in Clause 3 and who successfully completes a minimum top up transaction amount of SGD38 (in a single transaction via Timezone venues (Venues) or Timezone Fun App (Fun App) during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to the lucky draw. 
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, the Eligible Participant must be a Timezone Registered member, whose Timezone account must be and remain valid and must not for any reason be classified by Timezone as dormant, closed, cancelled, terminated and/or suspended, during the Promotion Period. 

3.1 The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion:  

a) Employees of Timezone,   

b) Individuals who do not reside in Singapore.

4. The Eligible Participant will receive 1 chance for each transaction with a min of $38 spend in a single transaction during the Promotion period.

6. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the draw will be conducted using an electronic system at 4PM on each Draw Date at Timezone Head Office, 491B River Valley Road #10-01/02 Singapore 248373. Winners will be selected at random via a computerised draw based on their eligibility for each qualifying period.  
7. Winner(s) of the Promotion will be notified via email and verification of Powercard number is required for points crediting within 7 working Timezone team will perform the crediting of 1,000,000 E-Tickets within 7 working days and notify winners on the completion of crediting.  If a winner does not reply by the stated contact period or fails to comply with any instructions specified by Timezome, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Timezone will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
8. Each Eligible Participant is limited to one win in the lucky draw. Once you are selected as the Winner for the Week, you will not be eligible for subsequent draws. 
9. Timezone reserves the right to request for the Eligible Participant’s proof of identity for the purposes of verifying the eligibility of the Eligible Participant and that the Timezone Membership Account from which the Eligible Transaction has been made is registered to the Eligible Participant. In the absence of such verification as requested, Timezone shall be entitled in its discretion to disqualify the Eligible Participant from the Promotion, and the Eligible Participant shall have no claim whatsoever against Timezone in such event.  
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Timezone expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. Timezone Management reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Timezone’s control makes it necessary to do so.  
12. The decision of Timezone regarding any aspect of the lucky draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. Timezone reserves the right to disqualify any one or more of the Eligible Participants without any prior notice, if  

a) The Eligible Participants are determined, in Timezone’s sole discretion, to be ineligible for any reason whatsoever,   

b) at any time, Timezone, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspects any fraud, or unlawful activity in relation to, and/or misuse of, the Eligible Participants’ Timezone Membership Account or   

c) The Eligible Participant, in Timezone’s sole opinion, has breached any of the terms and conditions contained here, or any laws in Singapore;   

d) at any time, Timezone reasonably believes that the Eligible Participant is involved in manipulating, rigging, abusing, cheating the underlying system or is otherwise engaged in any activity calculated to game the system or gain an unfair advantage; or   

e) there is a cancellation, or reversal of the successful Eligible Transaction or a refund is made to the Eligible Participant for any reason whatsoever.   

14. For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the Promotion is open to individuals only. Corporate or other entities shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion. 
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Timezone reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

General   

16. By participating in the Promotion, the Eligible Participant consents to Timezone’s collection, holding, storage, use, processing, transfer, disclosure and/or reporting (whether directly or indirectly) to any relevant third party, of the Eligible Participant’s personal data and/or information provided to Timezone, including but not limited to, for the purposes of administering the Eligible Participant’s registration, organizing and promoting the Promotion, or otherwise for purposes relating to the Promotion; and the Eligible Participant further consents and acknowledges that the Eligible Participant’s personal data and/or information may be used in accordance with Timezone’s policies, terms and conditions or notices made available by Timezone from time to time.  
17. Timezone reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify and amend any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to suspend, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notification, or liability to any party.  
18. Timezone reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including (without limitation) the Eligible Participant’s eligibility and the applicable criteria, and whether a particular prepaid transaction qualifies for the lucky draw. Timezone’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding and no appeal or objection on any grounds will be entertained.  
19. Unless otherwise determined by Timezone, this Promotion is not valid with other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges or promotions.  
20. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotion material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 
21. By participating in the Promotion, each Eligible Participant agrees to fully and effectively indemnify, defend and hold harmless Timezone from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that Timezone may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly, due to or arising out of the Promotion. These obligations will continue to survive the expiry or termination of the Promotion.  
22. To the extent permitted by law, Timezone shall not be liable in any way to any Eligible Participant or any other person for any losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing chances, any technical, hardware or software breakdown, malfunction or defects, failed delayed or incorrect transactions, lost or unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected. 
23. By entering the lucky draw, participants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Timezone and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the lucky draw and is subject to Timezone Data Protection Policy (https://www.timezonegames.com/en-sg/privacy/). Participants consent to and authorize Timezone to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).  

Definitions: 

Promotion: Refers to the Timezone "Live Your Dream" campaign. 

Promotion Period: Refers to the campaign period from 10 October to 24 November 2024 

Eligible Participant: An eligible guest who has registered their Powercard on the Timezone Fun App. 

Eligible Transaction: A minimum reload of $38 in a single transaction at Timezone venues or through the Timezone Fun App. 

Venues: Timezone Singapore Venues 

Timezone Fun App (Fun App): The official mobile application of Timezone.
