General Terms and Conditions
- The sale of Mystic Playzone Entry Passes is available exclusively via the Timezone Fun App from 16 to 28 October 2025, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
- Mystic Playzone at Timezone VivoCity is scheduled for 1 November 2025, with two time slots: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Time slot changes are strictly not permitted once your purchase has been confirmed.
- Please present your entry pass voucher at the point of entry at Timezone VivoCity.
- Each guest, including children, must have a valid ticket for entry. Only children under the age of 1 are exempt from requiring a ticket.
- Timezone Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Timezone Management shall be final.
Terms and Conditions for the purchase of Mystic Playzone Entry Pass
- Upon purchasing the Mystic Playzone Entry Pass, guests will receive $20 or $36 in game credits automatically credited to their Powercard. One (1) Entry Pass will be issued in the Timezone Fun App by 29 October 2025. Each Entry Pass entitles the holder to one (1) Stamp Card, one (1) Lucky Draw Entry Card, and access to exclusive event promotions.
