Animal Kaiser+ Tournament

Players will compete in one-on-one matches. Each match eliminates one player from the tournament. The matchups will be arranged by the venue team. Players who win their matches will advance to subsequent rounds, continuing until a champion is crowned. The champions from each venue will receive a special Tournament Battle Card as a prize, and will be invited to our Timezone Party at Orchard on 1st June 2025 to compete as to be the King of Animal Kaiser+.

A participation fee of $10 must be paid on the day of registration and is non-refundable.

There is no age restriction, but ages 18 and below require parent/guardian consent.

Participants must register at any of our participating venues until 30 May 2025, or once all 16 slots per machines are filled.

Each Animal Kaiser+ machines can accommodate a maximum of 16 participants. This ensures that everyone has a fair chance to compete and enjoy the experience. Please refer to the list below:

If you are unable to attend the tournament on the scheduled date, you will be disqualified from the event. It is important to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to register. Please note that your $10 participation fee will not be refunded.

No, there will not be any age categories or divisions in the tournament. All participants will compete together on a track that will be announced on tournament day.

No, the tournament is an individual competition. Each participant will compete on their own, showcasing their skills against other players.

Yes! A Special Battle Tournament Gold Champion card will be awarded to the winners in the tournament. All winners will also be invited to our exclusive Step Into Japan World Of Wonder Party at Timezone Orchard Xchange on 1 June 2025, to compete as the grand KING OF ANIMALS. 

We prioritize the safety of all participants. Our venues follow strict safety protocols. Participants must also follow all instructions from our venue team. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. We do not tolerate any unruly behavior, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Timezone Animal Kaiser+ Tournament constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
The Tournament is open to all Timezone members. Each participant must own a valid Timezone Powercard to participate. There is no age restriction; however, minors (aged 18 and below) must obtain the consent of a legal guardian (parent/guardian) prior to participation.

3. Participation Limitations
 Participants are permitted to enter the Tournament on 31 May 2025, on 1PM or 4PM.

4. Registration
Registrations are accepted at any participating Timezone venue from 11:30 AM (SGT) on 23 May 2025 until 9:00 PM (SGT) on 30 May 2025. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and each Animal Kaiser+ unit has a maximum capacity of sixteen (16) participants. Once capacity is reached, registration at that venue will be closed. A non-refundable participation fee of $10 must be paid at the time of registration. Payment is required to secure your spot in the tournament.

5. Venue and Date
The Tournament will be held at all participating Timezone venues on 31 May 2025 starting on 1PM and 4PM. Participants must visit the venue during their stipulated time slot to participate.

6. Participation Requirements
Participants must be present at the venue at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tournament start time. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of their participation rights, which may then be assigned to an alternative participant.

7. Participation at Registered Venue
Participants must compete at the venue where they registered. No transfers to other venues or time slots are permitted.

8. Disqualifications and Conduct
Timezone reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful conduct, or otherwise violating these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice or explanation.

9. Prizes
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items. The images of prizes shown in marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. Timezone reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

10. Liability and Changes
Timezone is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred in connection with participation or receipt of prizes. The campaign may be amended, varied, or terminated at any time without prior notice. In the event that there are insufficient participants or in the interest of maintaining a fair and engaging tournament experience, Timezone reserves the right to alter or modify the game mechanics, rules, or format of the tournament as necessary. Such changes will be communicated accordingly.

11. Use of Likeness
By participating, participants grant Timezone Singapore permission to use their names, photographs, videos, or likenesses for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

12. General Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are binding and final. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Timezone Singapore shall be final.
