Play More, Win More – Terms & Conditions

• The “Play More, Win More” promotion runs from 20 June 2026 to 28 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).
• The promotion is available at all Timezone venues and is open to all guests with a valid Timezone Powercard.
• Each participant must use one (1) Powercard per Mission Card for verification purposes.
• To participate, guests must reload a minimum of $68 in a single transaction to receive one (1) Mission Card, while stocks last.
• Each Mission Card allows participation in one (1) mission row only.
• The selected row must be chosen at the point of issuance; all other rows will be deemed not applicable.
• Each mission must be completed and verified via the participant’s Powercard transaction history.
• A stamp will be issued for every completed mission.
• A row is considered complete when all three (3) missions within the same row are stamped.
• Participants who complete one full row may redeem one (1) reward, based on the row completed:
• $10 Game Credits
• 500 e-Tickets
• $10 FairPrice e-voucher
• Each Mission Card is valid for one (1) reward only.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• To redeem a reward, participants must present a fully completed Mission Card with three (3) stamps in a row.
• Mission Cards must be submitted upon redemption and will not be returned.
• Incomplete, damaged, altered, or illegible Mission Cards will not be accepted.
• The $10 FairPrice reward will be issued as an e-voucher via SMS.
• Participants must provide a valid mobile number for fulfilment.
• E-vouchers will be sent by 13 July 2026.
• Timezone shall not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
• Participants may take part in the promotion multiple times.
• A new Mission Card will only be issued with each new minimum $68 reload.
• Mission Cards and mission progress cannot be combined.
• All missions and redemptions must be completed within the promotion period unless otherwise stated.
• Lost, misplaced, or stolen Mission Cards will not be replaced.
• Timezone reserves the right to:
• verify all transactions and participation;
• refuse or cancel any participation that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions; and
• amend the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Timezone’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• By participating, participants consent to providing the necessary information for reward fulfilment (where applicable).
• All personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.
