Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period
  • This campaign is open from 1 April to 17 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) to all registered Timezone Fun App members in Singapore.
Eligibility
  • The campaign is open to all registered Timezone Fun App members who reach a cumulative reload of $400 from 1 Apr to 17 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) with transaction(s) made in-venue and/or in-app during the campaign period.

  • The 16" Squishmallow Plush is only available to residents of Singapore due to the nature of prize redemption, which requires in-venue collection.

Mechanics
  • Accumulate reload spend of $400 between 1 April to 17 May 2024, to receive one (1) *FREE 16" Squishmallow Plush.
  • Submit your entry and valid receipt(s) on bit.ly/TZSquishmallowform before 19 May 2024.
  • Additional details on the collection will be sent to eligible guests closer to the collection date.

*The FREE 16" Squishmallow Plush is limited to the first 600 guests who submit their entries via the Google Form or before May 19th, 2024, whichever comes first!

  • Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be utilised, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Timezone expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.

FAQ

1. What does "cumulative spend" mean?

  • Cumulative spend refers to the total nett load accumulated in a Timezone powercard. This excludes party packages purchased and bonus game credit earned from offers, promotions, and double deals.

  • For example, if you reload S$60 on a Double Deal offer, resulting in a balance of S$120 worth of game credits, only the nett load of S$60 will be credited towards this campaign and your Timezone Member Rewards.

2. Where can I reload to participate in the campaign?

  • To participate in this campaign, you can reload at any Timezone venue in Singapore and/or through the Timezone Fun App from 1 April to 17 May 2024 (both dates inclusive).

3. Do I need to be a registered Timezone member to participate in this campaign?

  • Yes, you must be a registered Timezone Fun App member. Eligible guests entitled to the prize will receive an e-voucher via their Fun App with details of prize redemption by the end of May 2024.

 

4. I have upgraded to a different tier upon reloading. Can I still redeem the free plush?

  • Yes, as long as you are a registered member of the Timezone Fun App and have met the promotion criteria and submitted the Google Form within the stipulated date, you are eligible to receive the free 16" Squishmallow Plush with valid transactions.

5. I have lost my powercard and have accumulated more than $400 in spending. Can I redeem the free plush?
  • If you have lost your card, kindly fill in this form immediately.
  • Ensure that your data have been retrieved and linked to your new Powercard before 17 May 2024.
