General Terms and Conditions
- The sale of Step Into Japan World of Wonder Passes is only available via the Timezone Fun App from 19 May to 28 May 2025, or until stocks last, whichever comes first.
- The sale of Step Into Japan World of Wonder Passes is limited to a maximum of 4 purchases per Timezone Member.
- Step Into Japan World of Wonder Party at Timezone is scheduled for 1 June 2025, with a single time slot from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The event will be held at three venues: Westgate, Orchard Xchange, and Pasir Ris Mall. Venue changes are strictly not allowed once your purchase has been confirmed.
- Please present your voucher at the point of entry at the venue corresponding to your purchase (Westgate, Orchard Xchange, or Pasir Ris Mall) at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
- Timezone Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Timezone’s Management shall be final. - Other terms and conditions may apply.
Terms and Conditions for the purchase of Torii Gate Pass for Guests
- Upon purchasing the Step Into Japan World of Wonder Pass, the guest will receive $20 game credits automatically credited into your Powercard. You will receive (1) Entry Pass in Timezone Fun App by 29 May 2025. Each entry pass is entitled to one Games Mission Card, one Bingo Game Card, one Goodie Bag and exclusive event promotions.
