TIMEZONE REWARDS FAQ

Get rewarded for playing? Yes! Timezone Rewards is a membership program that gives you rewards for playing at all Timezone venues in Singapore. Rewards vary according to membership tiers and range from free game credits, bonus e- tickets, exclusive benefits and so much more.

You can join Timezone Rewards by registering your Timezone powercard online and download the Timezone Fun App to enjoy member's benefits. There are 4 tiers of Timezone Rewards:

  • Welcome: A warm Welcome to Fun! Purchase a Timezone welcome card in any of our stores by loading a minimum of S$10. Register your card and you will be enrolled into the Welcome Tier.
  • Blue Elite: Be part of an Elite force. A cumulative spend of $200 will upgrade you to the Blue Elite Tier.
  • Gold: Go for Gold! A cumulative spend of $1,000 will upgrade you to the Gold Tier.
  • Platinum: Truly a class of its own. A cumulative spend of $5,000 will upgrade you to the ultra-exclusive Platinum Tier.

Cumulative spend is based on the total nett load accumulated in a Timezone powercard. Cumulative spend excludes bonus game credit earned from offers, promotions, and Double Deals.
Example: a load of $20 on a double-dollar offer shows a balance of $40 worth of game credits. The nett load credited towards Timezone Rewards is $20.

Please visit any of our venues to check your cumulative spend. Alternatively, you may use the Fun App "Powercard" function and see how much spends is required till you reach the next tier!

Register your card with a valid email address and you can start getting rewarded.

Get member benefits such as birthday reward, upgrade bonuses, mid-tier bonuses, game discounts and more. The best part is that your game credits are protected in case of loss.

You will be notified through your registered email address of your upgraded membership tier. Your tier-achievement bonuses will be awarded via the Timezone Fun app. 

To redeem, open "My Vouchers" from your app and tap the "Redeem" button to instantly credit the rewards into your account.

Yes. Your Timezone card, game credit and e-tickets will expire if the card is inactive for 12 months from date of last game played.

FREE games are applicable to 1 venue per day and can only be redeemed at the last venue played.

Should you wish to transfer your daily FREE games to another venue, you will need to play at the venue and redeem your FREE games at that particular venue the next day.

No. Daily free games are non-accumulative and will be refreshed daily.

Discount on birthday party package is exclusive to Gold and Platinum members and valid for one-time use per calendar year. 

Please complete our Lost card contact form to request for a card replacement. A $5 fee will be charged for card replacement.

Timezone regulation does not allow card ownership transfer at the moment. Timezone reserves the right to permanently deactivate the card if the member is found to be in violation of this rule.

TIMEZONE BIRTHDAY REWARDS FAQ

Your Birthday voucher will be delivered to your e-mail and also via the Fun App. For your convenience, we highly recommend you to download the Fun App, so you can get all your vouchers in one place. 

Please present the voucher at any Timezone counter to claim your reward.

There are 2 ways that you will receive your Birthday Rewards:  
1) Voucher sent to your Timezone Fun App 
2) Voucher sent to your registered e-mail. 

Still not receiving your rewards? Troubleshoot with these steps!

  • Ensure your card is registered
  • Ensure that you are subscribed to Timezone communications.
  • Check your junk mail to make sure your voucher is not in there!
  • Your card must not be expired. This means that there should be at least one transaction in the last 12 months. A transaction is defined as a game play, redemption or a card tap at any card reader.

If all else fails and you do not receive your birthday voucher during the first week of your birthday month, please Contact Us.
Your request must reach us no later than your birthday month. Request sent after your birthday month will not be validated. 

Your birthday reward will depend upon your membership tier. The higher your tier, the better it gets!
o Welcome and Blue Elite members will receive $10 worth of game credits.
o Gold members will receive $20 worth of game credits.
o Platinum members will receive $50 worth of game credits.

Where else can you be rewarded for having fun? Head down to your nearest Timezone counter and present your voucher to redeem your birthday reward.

Multiple cardholders will receive one voucher per active card tier. All Powercards must be active and registered online to be eligible for reward.

Subscription to Timezone communication is required to receive the birthday reward, other member benefits as well as promotions and offers that are delivered through your registered email address.

The birthday reward voucher will be valid until the last day of the birthday month so don’t hold on to it for too long.

Unfortunately, the validity cannot be extended once your birthday reward has been issued so visit us soon!

Only Timezone rewards members are entitled to the birthday reward. What are you waiting for? Tell your family and friends to register their Powercards to start getting rewarded.

Your birthday reward will not be credited towards your cumulative spending, but you can still earn e-tickets for gameplays and redeem prizes with it.

TIMEZONE PLATINUM FREE DRINK FAQ

The Weekly Drink Benefit is a Platinum member exclusive. Registered & subscribed Platinum members are entitled to a Free Drink every week. A one-time use voucher will be delivered to your Fun App, registered email & phone (SMS) every Friday. 

There are 3 ways that you will receive your Birthday Rewards:
1) Voucher sent to your Timezone Fun App 
2) Voucher sent to your registered e-mail. 
3) Voucher sent to your phone via SMS

Still not receiving your rewards? Troubleshoot with these steps!

  • Ensure your card is registered
  • Ensure that you are subscribed to Timezone communications.
  • Check your junk mail to make sure your voucher is not in there! 
  • Your card must not be expired. This means that there should be at least one transaction in the last 12 months. A transaction is defined as a game play, redemption or a card tap at any card reader

If all else fails and you do not receive your free drink voucher every Friday, please Contact Us.

Where else can you be rewarded for having fun? Head down to your nearest Timezone counter and present the voucher to redeem your free drink.

Platinum Free Drink Reward is applied as one voucher per active Platinum card. You will receive the amount of voucher(s) equal to amount of registered active Platinum card(s).

The Free Drink reward voucher will be valid until Thursday so don’t hold on to it for too long. Validation cannot be extended as you will always receive a new Free Drink voucher every Friday.

Subscription to Timezone communication is required to receive the Free Drink Reward, other member benefits as well as promotions and offers are delivered through your registered email address & SMS. It pays to stay subscribed.
