Yes, a party host will assist you with your party program.
Yes, if you prefer an all-inclusive experience, our Party Host will seamlessly integrate the selected add-ons into the 80 minutes of Playtime included in our All-Out Fun/Fun Package.
However, for a more flexible approach, these activities can also be enjoyed separately on the same day and in the venue where the party is hosted. This option allows you to experience the add-ons outside the 80-minute Playtime without the facilitation of the Party Host.
It's best to keep decorations to a minimum. This includes things like party hats, table mats, and simple photo props. Backdrops, Piñatas and Sparkler candles (which may trigger fire alarm) aren't allowed, as we like to keep things easy to clean and prepare the party room for the next party without any delays. If you're unsure about what's allowed, don't hesitate to ask our party coordinator for guidance.
Yes, you can! You can approach our Fun Squads at the counter to make the purchase.
Yes, you are welcome to bring drinks and small, bite-sized foods/snacks into the party room. However, please note that alcohol is not permitted in our venues.
Due to the 40-minute duration of party room/space use, buffet catering is not allowed.
Additionally, smoke-emitting items such as sparklers and heating gels for buffet setups are strictly prohibited as they can trigger the fire alarm system. Any costs incurred from fire alarm disturbances will be the responsibility of the guest.
Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake.
Please arrive 15 mins before your booking time so that your event may start punctually. There will be no extensions outside your time slot.
For party bookings that need to be cancelled, we provide a 50% refund of the total amount paid if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the party date. Please note that a full refund is not available, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.
You may do so at least 7 days prior to the event - this will be subject to availability.
The prices for Birthday Party Package are fixed for a minimum of 10 pax. Thus, the price will remain the same if there are less than 10 pax. There will also be no refund if there are less than 10 pax on the day of the party due to guests who can't turn up.
