Guests must play the Picture Fantasy Game and obtain a valid Nailoong winning card from the same venue to qualify for one (1) Spin & Win chance.
- Each valid Nailoong winning card entitles the holder to one (1) Spin & Win opportunity only.
- Gameplay and prize redemption must be completed on the same day and at the same Timezone venue where the game was played.

- Prizes are awarded at random and are available while stocks last.
- Guests must present the original Nailoong winning card at the counter to participate in the Spin & Win.
- Photocopies, photographs, screenshots, or damaged cards may not be accepted.
- Unused, lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Nailoong winning cards will not be replaced, refunded, or reissued.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, game credits, or alternative items.
- Timezone reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
- Timezone staff reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption where fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
