Q: How do I join the Reward Race?

Simply reload your Powercard with a minimum spend of $68 at any Timezone venue or via the Timezone Fun App. Your first reload gets you into the race, and rewards start unlocking from your second reload onwards. Complete up to 4 reloads to unlock all rewards!

Q: What rewards will I get?

You’ll earn a reward with each reload from the 2nd to the 4th:

• 1st reload → Kickstart your race!

• 2nd reload → $10 Game Credits

• 3rd reload → 1,000 e-Tickets

• 4th reload → MIFFY Blind Box

Q: Do I need to reload all at once?

Not at all. You can reload at your own pace. Just be sure to complete all four (4) reloads within the campaign period to unlock the full set of rewards.

Q: How do I claim my rewards?

Rewards for $10 Game Credits and 1,000 e-Tickets will be sent to your Timezone Fun App account in 3 working days after each qualifying reload. You’ll receive an e-voucher in the app. Click “Redeem”, and the reward will be instantly credited to your Powercard.

For the MIFFY Blind Box (Lap 4 reward), you’ll need to redeem it in person at any Timezone venue by 3 July 2026. Simply present your e-voucher in the Fun App (screenshots will not be accepted).

Q: Can I use the Double Deals and still qualify for the Reward Race?

Yes! Double Deals reloads ($100 or $200) count as eligible transactions in the Reward Race, as long as they are reloaded via the Timezone Fun App.

Q: Can I reload at a Timezone venue and still receive the rewards?

Yes! Both reloads made through the Fun App and Timezone venue will count towards the Reward Race and unlock rewards.

Q: I reloaded more than 4 times. Can I receive more than 3 rewards?

Yes! Once you’ve completed the challenge, you can restart the race by reloading another four (4) times to earn more rewards.

• This campaign is open to all Timezone members with an active Timezone Fun App account. Non-members and guests without the Timezone Fun App are not eligible to participate.

• The Reload & Race to Rewards campaign is valid from 20 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Reload transactions made outside this period will not qualify for the campaign.

• To participate, members must reload a minimum spend of $68 per transaction at any Timezone venue or via the Timezone Fun App.

• Each qualifying reload counts as one (1) lap in the Reward Race. Members must complete four (4) separate reload transactions during the Campaign Period to unlock all rewards.

• Rewards are issued starting from the second (2nd) reload transaction as follows:

• Upon completing all four (4) reloads, the challenge is considered completed. Members may restart the Reward Race by completing another four (4) qualifying reloads during the Campaign Period to earn rewards again, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

• Reloads made at Timezone venues and via the Timezone Fun App are eligible, provided each reload meets the minimum spend of $68.

• Rewards for $10 Game Credits (Lap 2 reward) and 1,000 e‑Tickets (Lap 3 reward) will be issued as e‑vouchers and reflected in the Timezone Fun App within three (3) working days after each qualifying reload. Members must tap “Redeem” in the app to credit the reward to their Powercard.

• Rewards for the MIFFY Blind Box (Lap 4 reward) will be issued as e-vouchers and reflected in the Timezone Fun App within three (3) working days, after each qualifying reload. The MIFFY Blind Box must be redeemed in person at any Timezone venue from 27 April onwards. Members must present the e‑voucher directly from the Timezone Fun App at the counter. Screenshots or printed copies will not be accepted.

• The MIFFY Blind Box is given at random, and designs or characters cannot be chosen. Redemption is subject to stock availability and strictly while stocks last. No replacements, exchanges, or reservations will be offered once stocks are depleted.

• All rewards must be redeemed by 3 July 2026. Any unredeemed rewards after this date will be forfeited, and no extensions will be granted.

• Rewards are limited to one (1) per Timezone member, regardless of the numbers of Powercards owned.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash or other forms of compensation.

• Timezone reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

• In the event of any dispute, Timezone’s decision is final and binding.
