Eligibility

• The Spooky Fun For Everyone event is open to all registered Timezone guests on 31 October 2024.
• The Spooky Fun For Everyone comprises 5 (five) activities: Halloween Spooky Stamp Card, Best Dressed Competition, Trick or Treats, Halloween Tattoos and Flash Activity at Timezone Plaza Singapura. Participants have the freedom to choose the activity they wish to join.
• Halloween Spooky Stamp Card, Best Dressed Competition, Trick or Treats, Halloween Tattoos will be available at all Timezone venues on 31 October 2024, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm.
• Flash Activity will take place at Timezone Plaza Singapura from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm.
• Kindly visit the venues during the stipulated time to participate.

Halloween Spooky Stamp Card

• This game is open to all Timezone members. Each Guests must own a Powercard to play Halloween Spooky Stamp Card.
• No registration is required. Simply head over to counter to receive your Spooky Stamp Card.
• Play 3 selected Carnival Games to receive your chop.
• Prizes must be redeemed at the venue on 31 October 2024. No extension of redemption is allowed.
• Participants are free to play as many times as they wish.

Best Dressed Competition

• This competition is open to all Timezone guests. There is no age restriction to enter. Minors require the consent of a legal representative (parent/guardian) to participate.
• This competition consists of 3 categories: Kids, Young Adults and Family.
• Employees and agents of Timezone Singapore engaged in connection or operation of this event/campaign are not eligible to enter this event/campaign.
• To participate, please proceed to the Timezone counter.
• Select any spot within the Timezone venue, and a member of our Fun Squad will help capture a photo for your entry.
• The victorious pair will be awarded a prize as determined by Timezone.
• The winning team will be chosen based on the creativity, uniqueness, and overall aesthetic appeal of their outfits.

General Terms and Conditions

• Timezone has the sole discretion to exclude any person(s) from participating in the campaign (such as found committed any act of fraud or dishonesty) without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
• The prize images on all marketing materials are for illustration purposes only.
• The choice of plush toy design is valid while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Timezone may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any prizes with another of similar value.
• Timezone is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in this campaign or accepting the prizes.
• Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be utilised, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Timezone expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Timezone reserves the right to amend, vary, or terminate the campaign and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this competition, participants consent and authorize Timezone Singapore to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, photographs, videotapes, or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).
• By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
