Complimentary games are valid only at the Timezone venue where the promotion was purchased and are non-transferable.​

For Gold and Platinum Daily Free Game benefits, all 10 complimentary Claw Game plays or 3 complimentary Attraction plays must be fully utilised before Daily Free Games can be redeemed.​

The Timezone Powercard, credits, and e-Tickets will expire if they are not used for 12 months, without any top-up/game transactions. ​
